Mo problems

So it is now day 3 of no bag and no stuff so today I finally gave in and went out to buy some stuff. I went out to h & m and bought myself two t-shirts, so I could last a little longer. Hopefully the bag will turn up and I can finally upload some pictures. I have also been slightly limited in the pictures I was able to take since I only had my 50mm prime lens with me on the camera and the wider angle 18-70mm was in the bag, along with the USB cable, and battery charger. Let’s just hope that this ends nicely.

Today, I took a little stroll out with some friends of my dad’s who moved to Aix from Morocco 25 years ago. They took us out for some Moroccan tea. Moroccan tea is basically ‘te a la menthe’ and really boils down to (no pun intended) just green tea infused with mint and mixed with LOTS of sugar. Moroccan tea makes sweet tea from the south seem like child’s play. In fact, Jean Luc said that there is a rising incidence of diabetes in Morocco because kids drink too much damn tea. Alas I am off to go call some more people about my bag. I have been given the number for the french USairways baggage claim 4 times and it is always the same number that doesnt work. So I have resorted to skyping the US number because 1 800 numbers dont work when you are caling internationally. Even though because my parents have VOIP they get unlimited calls to the US. Damn bureaucracy, I am so close to writing a consumerist letter and then they will be really sorry.
